The Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station project needs no introduction. Based in Somerset in England, it is currently the biggest building site in Europe and, when complete, will be home to a 3,200 MWe nuclear power station with two EPR reactors. It promises to provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.
