HTS is delighted to announce that it will soon be opening new trade counters in its Horsham and Hereford branches and refurbishing the trade counter in Sutton.
Roy Knappett, General Manager, has worked at HTS for over 15 years and shares his thoughts on the new trade counters...
"Not ones to stand still, we are always striving to move forward and, in view of this, we are going back! That’s right, all the way back to 1989 when we opened our first HTS trade counter, or Holmwood Tractors as it was known as then. From right back then we have been serving our customers across the counter with quality products and advice.
Due to premises relocation in 2011 we sadly had to close our Dorking trade counter which was greatly missed. But we are now returning! This is where we start and continue to be a major supplier for all your industrial and plant spare needs.
Our trade counters will provide fast access to products, special offers and excellent customer service. Our industry experts will be on hand from 7am to 4.30pm five days a week to offer help and advice.
My career at HTS started behind the Dorking trade counter back in 2003. Although we strive to offer the best service available to all of our customers nationwide, there is nothing quite like serving the customer face to face. Each counter will be stocked with our full range of products along with exclusive deals and special offers. If you are in the area why not pop in and say hello.
