Holstor® is our upgraded inventory and procurement platform, replacing Profi UK. It
features a faster, more intuitive interface, mobile app integration, and a flexible tiered
system that gives businesses more control and visibility over their stock.
Do I need special equipment to use Holstor®’s barcode scanning feature?
No special hardware is required. The mobile app supports barcode scanning directly
from most smartphones, making it easy to get started without large upfront costs.
Can Holstor® be tailored to my business size and needs?
Absolutely. With three service tiers – Bronze, silver and gold. Holstor® offers the
right level of control and support whether you’re a small site or a multi-depot
operation.
How does the Holstor® mobile app help my team?
The app allows your team to scan items, manage orders, and track stock levels on
the go. It improves efficiency, reduces paperwork, and enables real-time stock
updates from any location.
Will I receive alerts or reminders for low stock or pending orders?
Yes. Holstor® can send customisable email alerts - for example, notifying
administrators at 2pm daily if there are items awaiting checkout, so nothing gets
missed.
Is it difficult to transition from my current system to Holstor®?
