On the 28th March 2019 we held barbeques at our depots in Hereford and Horsham to raise money for our charity of the year – Help for Heroes.
All employees devoured an ‘all you can eat’ BBQ feast in return for a donation to Help for Heroes. Each person was also entered into a raffle to win some goodies, kindly gifted by the directors at HTS, as a thank you for their generous donations.
We’re delighted to reveal that we raised an incredible £634.50 from this event! Smashing our initial target of £500!
“Every day, seven men and women are medically discharged from the Armed Forces, their lives changed forever. Some have injuries so severe they would previously have been fatal, and their full impact may take years to understand.
Others have psychological wounds that sometimes do not surface until years after they have been discharged.
When our Heroes join the Armed Forces, they make a commitment to put their lives on the line for us. In return, we promise to support these brave men and women, and their families, for life.”
